Our new restaurant located on the second floor of Hollerbach’s, this chef-driven bistro offers small-plate meals inspired by German cuisine traditions, craft cocktails and of course German Fassbier, creating a casual dining experience that’s perfect for a meal with friends or a bite while you wait for your table in the main dining hall.

At the Überkeller we want you to experience what Germans call Geselligkeit - a social gathering among friends.

Hours: Friday 5-10pm, Saturday 11am-10pm (brunch 11-4), Sunday 11am-4pm (brunch)
