At Hollerbach's, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. To better serve you, we offer priority seating options that allow you to minimize wait times and ensure a table is available upon your arrival.

Availability:
Priority seating is available from Monday to Friday and on Sunday evenings. This service must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance of your visit to ensure we can accommodate your request.

3 Options to Make a Priority Seating Request

1. By Phone:
   Call us at 407-321-2204 (press option 1) during the following hours:

• Monday to Friday: 11 AM to 5 PM

• Sundays: 4 PM to 8 PM

2. By Email:
   Send your request to guestservices@hollerbachs.com. Please include the date, time of your visit, and the number of guests in your party.

3. Online:
   Click the button above to access our Priority Seating request form online. Fill out the necessary details, and we’ll handle the rest.

Priority seating is not a traditional reservation but a way to reduce your wait time upon arrival. While we do our best to accommodate all priority seating requests, seating is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. We recommend making your request as early as possible, especially for larger groups or special occasions. • Once confirmed, plan to arrive at Hollerbach’s with your party at the designated time.

2. Upon Arrival

• Check in with the host.

• The host will confirm your priority seating and inform you when the next table is available.

• Typical wait times vary depending on the size of your party but average wait is less than 25 minutes. 

3. Waiting Options

• The Lodge Bar: Enjoy a full menu and have a seat at the bar or a table.

• Hollerbach’s Upstairs: Available for walk-ins Friday and Saturday 5-10pm, offering German tapas and craft cocktails. Located upstairs, perfect for waiting or enjoying a full meal.

Accommodations for Larger Parties and Private Event

If you have a large group or are celebrating a special occasion, Hollerbach's offers tailored solutions to ensure everyone is comfortably accommodated. For parties larger than typical dining groups, Hollerbach’s is proud to offer two exquisite venues that cater to different group sizes and event types:

• Hollerbach's Upstairs Venue: Ideal for gatherings of 40-80 guests, this venue offers a spacious yet intimate setting perfect for larger private parties, corporate events, and celebrations. It combines ambiance with functionality to cater to a variety of event formats.

• Knights Hall: Best suited for smaller gatherings of 26 guests or fewer, Knights Hall provides an elegant and exclusive atmosphere. It’s perfect for intimate dinners, small receptions, and family gatherings, offering privacy and a unique medieval German aesthetic.
