He’s concocted a creamy curry dressing, added onions, golden raisins, freshly toasted coconut, all combined with shredded chicken breasts and served on our buttery croissants with lettuce and tomato, alongside the Sanford medley and a refreshing tomato, cucumber and onion salad.
