Chef Dan is spicing up everyone’s favorite pork poppers! While breading our hand cut pork pieces we added Opa’s secret blend of paprika spices, then sautéed with onions and peppers. Served alongside kase spätzle and a refreshing cucumber, tomato, and onion salad.
