We are continuing or tradition of serving  Corned Beef and Cabbage for St Patrick’s Day. Lean and tender corned beef made from whole steamship rounds alongside boiled red potatoes, braised cabbage with onions and Applewood Smoked Bacon, and a Dijon Mustard Egg Sauce.
