Herb Seared Beef Medallions 

Chef Patrick is in the kitchen and he’s put together a delicious feast for the senses. Our beef tenderloin medallions are seared with herbs, mushrooms, onions and a red wine demi-glace. Served with cheddar & chive mashed potatoes and a cucumber & tomato salad.
